2011 - We're ready, are you?
At the end of the Staff Development weekend #3 at Mataguay, we looked at each other and realized we're ready. So, all that was left was to help participants be ready too, and weekend #1 was assured to be a hit!
April 2011 - Final outdoor preparations
During the Staff Development weekend #3, the Troop Guides practiced presentations, others checked the supplies, and all walked through the Course area. All final outdoor preparations now done!

During the Staff Development weekend #3, the Staff talked through various Course segments to nail down every last detail. Bill demo'ed the computer system to be use on the hill. And, other details were all handled too. All final indoor preparations now done!
