The Staff Orientation session was a success yesterday in so many ways, I felt compelled to share my observation that our team of Troop Guides, Quartermasters, ASM's, and Directors are the finest one could hope for.  Their dedication to the values of the Course and to the genuine experience of the participants is a real strength of this team.  And, I know the participants will benefit from this in the best possible way.

I was really taken by the dedication and true love of scouting being demonstrated by the whole staff.
I am truly honored to be able present such an exceptional program with such an amazing group of scouters
